Oven Baked Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. In a large cast iron skillet, mix all the ingredients together (except parsley and lemon juice)
  3. Spread shrimp out on the skillet in a single layer and place in the oven
  4. Bake for 9min
  5. Remove from heat, mix in parsley and lemon juice

Notes:

Mix with cooked pasta. I used 1/2 lb of cooked spaghetti, but linguini or any pasta noodle works well


Top with parmesan cheese, if desired
