Oven Baked Shrimp Scampi

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- In a large cast iron skillet, mix all the ingredients together (except parsley and lemon juice)
- Spread shrimp out on the skillet in a single layer and place in the oven
- Bake for 9min
- Remove from heat, mix in parsley and lemon juice
Notes:
Mix with cooked pasta. I used 1/2 lb of cooked spaghetti, but linguini or any pasta noodle works well
Top with parmesan cheese, if desired
