Sheet Pan Sausage, Peppers & Potatoes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the sausages. Mix well to coat
  2. On a sheet pan, spread seasoned bell peppers, onions, and potatoes in a single layer
  3. Add frozen sausages onto the sheet pan alongside the vegetables (not on top)
  4. Bake sausages and vegetables at 400F. Remove the sausages after 25-30 minutes or until they each reach an internal temperature of 165F. Let the vegetables continue cooking for an additional 15-20 minutes.
