Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the meat and spices together
- Divide meat mixture into 8 parts and shape into ovals with your palms
- Airfry at 370F for 10-12 minutes, or until beef reaches internal temperature of 160F. Alternatively, pan fry on medium heat until fully cooked
- While the meat is cooking, chop all the vegetables and mix them together in a bowl
- Once the meat is cooked, lay out one lavash bread and top with hummus, 2-3 koftas, vegetables, then drizzle with tahini
- Roll the wrap and broil on high in the oven until lavash bread is toasted. Enjoy!
