Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the meat and spices together
  2. Divide meat mixture into 8 parts and shape into ovals with your palms
  3. Airfry at 370F for 10-12 minutes, or until beef reaches internal temperature of 160F. Alternatively, pan fry on medium heat until fully cooked
  4. While the meat is cooking, chop all the vegetables and mix them together in a bowl
  5. Once the meat is cooked, lay out one lavash bread and top with hummus, 2-3 koftas, vegetables, then drizzle with tahini
  6. Roll the wrap and broil on high in the oven until lavash bread is toasted. Enjoy!
