Dry Rub for BBQ Ribs

Why you’ll love this recipe

  • It uses common spices that you already have in the cupboard

  • It’s easy to prepare in just a few minutes

  • It blends both savory and sweet flavors for a well balanced bite

  • It can be made in bulk and stored for later

Suggested Modifications

  • The recipe is wonderful as is, but if you don’t have onion powder or celery power in the house, feel free to skip them (I did, and the end product tasted virtually just as great)

  • This rub works perfectly on traditionally grilled or smoked ribs. I haven’t tried it on oven-baked ribs, but imagine those would be delicious as well
