Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into 2 inch cubes (do not peel them). Slice onion.
  2. Combine potatoes and onion with oil and all the spices. Toss to coat well.
  3. Bake at 400F for 45 minutes or until fork tender. Garnish with chopped cilantro and enjoy!
