- Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once the oil is warm, add mushrooms and a dash of salt and pepper.
- Cook mushrooms until they're nearly tender (about 10 minutes).
- Add the thyme sprigs and cook for another 4 minutes, gently stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
