Sautéed Mushrooms with Thyme

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Once the oil is warm, add mushrooms and a dash of salt and pepper.
  3. Cook mushrooms until they're nearly tender (about 10 minutes).
  4. Add the thyme sprigs and cook for another 4 minutes, gently stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
