Air Fryer Crispy Cauliflower Steaks

Why you’ll love this recipe

  • They’re healthy, but they don’t taste like they are

  • They make for a fun appetizer, snack or side dish

  • You can prep and cook them in under 15 minutes

Suggested Modifications

  • The recipe linked below is for cauliflower florets, but I opted to cut the cauliflower into steaks, so that they crisp evenly. Simply, cut the stem off a whole head of cauliflower. Cut the head in half, then slice each half into 5-6 thick steaks.

  • Instead of mixing the spices with the panko as the recipe suggests, I opted to mix the spices directly into the beaten egg. This ensures the spice get distributed evenly on the cauliflower steaks.
