Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium-high heat
  2. Add onions and cook until softened or golden brown
  3. Add garlic and saute for another minuteAdd flour and whisk for 1-2 minutes
  4. Add stock, broccoli, carrots, and seasoningBring everything to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until the broccoli and carrots are cooked through (about 15 min)
  5. Stir in the cream and simmer for another minute
  6. Add more salt and pepper to taste
